Research Staff Position at NIT Raipur
The National Institute of Technology Raipur (NIT Raipur) is seeking a dedicated Research Staff member for a project focused on the environmentally sustainable electrochemical recovery of lithium, nickel, and cobalt from spent lithium-ion batteries. This project is a collaborative effort with the Anveshan Center of Excellence at the Indian Institute of Management Indore, supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).

Qualification & Experience / Requirement
Candidates must possess a B.E. / B.Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry (B.Sc), or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification with first-class from a recognized institute or university. Final year students awaiting results with a strong academic background are also eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience relevant to the project domain and publications in process metallurgy. Proficiency in extractive metallurgy and electrochemistry is desirable.
Salary / Remuneration / Pay Scale
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of ₹15,000 per month.
