For the position of Assistant Professor, candidates must have a minimum of 55% from a recognized university and NET/SLET/Ph.D. or be pursuing a Ph.D. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required. Essential skills include English language teaching, communication skills, personality development, soft skills training, academic writing, and presentation skills. Desirable certifications include TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, IELTS/TOEFL trainer, and foreign language proficiency (French, German, Spanish).

For the Research Associate position, candidates should have a minimum of 55% in Communication Skills/Personality Development from a recognized university. Prior teaching or training experience is desirable. Essential skills include English teaching, communication skills, personality development, soft skills training, academic writing, public speaking, and presentation skills. Desirable qualifications include Ph.D. pursuing, NET/SLET, TEFL, TESOL, IELTS/TOEFL trainer certification, and foreign language proficiency.

The Assistant Professor position offers a fixed consolidated monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000, while the Research Associate position offers a salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000.
