🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Research Associate in Aviation Operations Management: Minimum qualification includes a degree with Aviation Certification from a recognized institution, with at least 5 years of relevant aviation industry experience and 2 years of teaching experience. Desirable qualifications include an MBA in Aviation Management and certifications in aviation safety, IATA, DGCA, or airline operations.

Assistant Professor in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management: Candidates must have a degree in Hospitality Management or an MBA in Hotel Management with a minimum of 55% from a recognized university, along with 2 years of relevant teaching or industry experience. Desirable qualifications include a Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D., and industry experience in 5-star hotels, airlines, cruise hospitality, and luxury service sectors.

Assistant Professor in Tourism Management / Travel & Tourism: Required qualifications include a degree in Tourism, MTTM, or MA Tourism Administration with a minimum of 55% from a recognized university, and 2 years of relevant teaching or industry experience. Desirable qualifications include a Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D., NET/SLET/GATE qualification, and field experience in tour operations, DMOs, airlines, OTAs, tourism boards, or destination marketing.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

As Per Norms

The salary for the Research Associate in Aviation Operations Management ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month. For Assistant Professors in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management and Tourism Management / Travel & Tourism, the salary ranges from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month.
