- Project title and investigators -Ecotheology and Environmental Conservation among the Munda’s of Jharkhand: An Ethnographic Study Principal Investigator: Dr. Srirupa Chatterjee, IIT Hyderabad Co- Principal Investigator: Dr. Swathi Krishna S. IIT Bhubaneswar
- Funding agency -Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR)
- Duration -11 months starting from 1st August 2026 (may be extended depending on the progress)
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
(a) At least 55% in Master’s degree in Anthropology/Sociology/Cultural Studies
(b) Qualified NET/ M.Phil./Ph.D.
Desirable qualification:
1. Ethnographic research experience in field work/interviews/transcription/data collection and analysis.
2. Qualitative data analysis and software skill, proficiency in academic writing transcribing
3. Proficiency in Hindi/Mundari languages

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Rs. 37,000/- per month (consolidated) as per ICSSR norms
