- Materials Engineering: M.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry or BE /B Tech in Materials, Metallurgical, Ceramics, Polymers or Mechanical Engineering
- Physics: M.Sc. in Physics

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Emoluments will be Rs.30,000/-+ HRA p.m. After two years, the salary will be fixed at Rs.34,000 + HRA p.m.
– For candidates selected through National Eligibility Tests or GATE, emoluments will be Rs. 37,000 + HRA p.m. After two years, the salary will be fixed at Rs.42,000 + HRA p.m.
