🎯 Project Details
- Research project entitled – “High-value Concrete Visor by EAF slag Recycling (CoVER) for strategic applications”
- Sponsored by – Steel Research & Technology Mission of India (SRTMI).
- Duration: The initial appointment is for one year, extendable based on performance up to the project duration. Selected candidates for Research Associate positions having only a Master’s degree may be considered for admission to a Ph.D. Program as a regular full-time scholar at IIT Indore as per the Institute norms.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Research Associate (RA) Essential Qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Civil/Mechanical/Metallurgical/ Materials/ Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, or having 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experience after ME/M.Tech/MS in Civil/Mechanical/Metallurgical/ Materials/ Chemical Engineering/Chemistry with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. Desirable: The candidate should possess good knowledge of slag recycling or concrete technology and experience in the steel industry. NET/GATE qualification in the relevant area.
Technical Assistant (TA) Essential Qualification: First Class B.Sc./3 Years Diploma in Engineering & Technology Desirable: Experience in CFTI/research labs/ industry.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Research Associate – Consolidated Rs. 58,000/- per month and HRA as per the funding agency.
- Technical Assistant – Consolidated Rs. 20,000/- per month and HRA as per the funding agency
