• Project title – “Technical Resource Centre under the Centre for Evidence for Guidelines by JIPMER, Pondicherry”
•  Funding Agency –  Department of Health Research (DHR)
•  Project investigator (PI) – Dr Manikandan Srinivasan, Assistant Professor (Epidemiology Division) 
•  PI’s department – JISPH, JIPMER-Puducherry
• Likely duration –   Initial appointment for six months and renewable based on the candidate’s performance and subject to extension of TRC project and funds availability 

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Public Health (MPH), M.Pharm., M.Sc. in Epidemiology, or M.Sc. in Health Economics with 3 years of research/academic experience. Alternatively, candidates with an MD, MS, MDS, or Ph.D. in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Public Health, Statistics, Epidemiology, or Health Sciences are eligible.

Desirable qualifications include publications in systematic reviews and meta-analysis as the first or corresponding author, previous training or work experience in SRMA, experience in organizing workshops, and expertise in data analysis using R programming, STATA, or Python. The maximum age limit is 35 years as of the last date of application, with relaxations as per Government of India guidelines.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

The consolidated remuneration for the position is Rs 67,000 plus HRA as applicable. No other allowances are payable.
