🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualification/Experience as per the norms: B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. or equivalent in an appropriate discipline. OR B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience.
Desirable Qualification/Experience: Experience in modelling semiconductor plasma etching, reactive-ion etching, ICP-RIE, PECVD or related processes. Familiarity with simulation platforms such as CFD-ACE+, COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS or equivalent tools. Knowledge of fluid, kinetic, Monte Carlo, particle-in-cell or feature profile modelling. Understanding of plasma chemistry, sheath physics, ion-energy and angular distributions, and surface-reaction kinetics. Familiarity with machine learning, reduced-order modelling, optimization or digital-twin development would be an advantage.

Consolidated Monthly Remuneration ₹ 45,000/- to ₹ 80,000/- per month (based on the qualification)
