🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Master degree in Vegetable Science/ Horticulture/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Plant Biotechnology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree with 3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years Master degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience as mentioned in OM No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dated 13-07-2015 and OMNo.Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014 HRD dt. 09-10-2015 of the Council and OMSR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30-01-2019
- Young Professional-I (YP-I)
Graduate with at least 60% marks in relevant Agriculture Sciences/Engineering/ Technology as per ICAR OM No .F.No. Agricul.Edn.1-06/2020-A&Pdated 04.12.2020 Desirable One YP-I: Experience in laboratory work related to PCR, genomics and molecular markers. One YP-I: Experience in handling plant growth and yield experiments, crop data recording, and basic statistical analysis.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – ₹ 37,000 + HRA* (For I and IInd year); ₹ 42,000 + HRA *(For IIIrd year onwards) * House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be given as per existing Central Government rates applicable in various cities/locations
- Young Professional-I (YP-I) – ₹30,000/ – Per month (consolidated)
