🎯 Project Details

• Title of Research Project: “Design and Development of a Smart Fermentation Cabinet for Bamboo Shoot: Preserving Traditional Food Practices in Nagaland”
•  Duration: Three (3) Years or till the Completion of the Project, whichever is earlier.
• Project funded by – Advanced Research Grant (ARG) Program of Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Govt. of India. 

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential Educational Qualification: Ph.D or M.E./M. Tech/M.S./M.Sc (with NET) in Processing and Food Engineering, Agricultural and Food Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA out of 10 in UG and PG Degree. Additionally, candidates should have published research papers in peer-reviewed, Scopus indexed, or NAAS rated journals.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

For JRF: Rs 37,000 per month + 10% HRA
