🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

• Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Essential qualifications: Master degree in Vegetable Science/ Horticulture/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Plant Biotechnology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree with 3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years Master degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience as mentioned in OM No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dated 13-07-2015 and OM No. Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014- HRD dt. 09-10-2015 of the Council and OMSR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30- 01-2019.

• Young Professional-II

Master’s degree in Vegetable Science/ Horticulture/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology 

Desirable

Experience in handling vegetable crop and data recording related to DUS testing, basic statistical analysis, laboratory work related to PCR and biochemical analysis.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – ₹37,000+HRA*(For IandIIndyear);₹ 42,000+HRA*(For I and IIrd year onwards) *House Rent Allowance(HRA)will be given as per existing Central Government rates applicable in various cities/locations
• Young Professional-II – ₹42,000/ Per month (consolidated)
