- Project Title – “Extraction and non chemical functionalization of pea pod protein for development of clean label smart food additives” purely on contractual basis.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential: Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, or Biochemistry. Desirable: Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques, food product development, and basic computer skills. Age limit: Maximum 35 years, with age relaxation applicable as per norms.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
31,000/- + HRA for candidates selected through National Eligibility Tests or equivalent; 25,000/- + HRA for others.
