“Department of Design”- Advertisement for Guest Faculty/ Subject Expert for the “ Product Design/Fashion Technology” Four year course.

Suitable candidates are invited for “Guest Faculty” / “Subject Expert” positions in the area of Fashion Technology/ Product Design. Selected Candidates will be placed on the department panel and assigned teaching and lab responsibilities as per requirements from time to time.

💼 DESIGNATION / JOB POSITION

🎯 DEPARTMENT / DISCIPLINE / SPECIALIZATION

1. Garment Design – Theoretical & Practical Knowledge in the area, including operation of machines used in garment and textile industry.
2. Jewelery /Accessory Design – Theoretical and Practical Knowledge in the area, including operation of machines.
3. Drones and Robotics – Theoretical and Practical Knowledge in the area, including hands on experience in operating, building and maintenance of drones and Robots
4. Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality/Mixed Reality – Theoretical and Practical Knowledge in the area, including hands on experience in using VR/MR/AR headsets and developing applications for the same.
5. Operation and Preventive Maintenance of machines used in textiles and garment manufacturing
6. Artificial Intelligence/AI – Knowledge of Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, preferably with application in Fashion and Product Design
7. Product Design – Theoretical and Practical Knowledge in the area, including hands on experience in designing innovative, ergonomic and sustainable products.
8. Photography and videography – Expertise in still and video photography, Animation, handling and operation of various photographic equipment and software
