Role Description
☛ Oversee the academic functions of the university, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and research.
☛ Develop and implement academic policies and strategies in line with the university’s goals.
☛ Foster a culture of continuous improvement in academic programs and curriculum development.
☛ Lead and mentor faculty members, promoting professional development and academic growth.
☛ Collaborate with various departments to enhance interdisciplinary research and educational initiatives.
☛ Ensure compliance with academic regulations and standards.
Minimum Qualification:
☛ An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in Education, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC- listed journals.
☛ M.A. and M.Ed. from recognized universities.
☛ A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university as Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor after Ph.D.
