Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with a specialization in Java and Data Structures & Algorithms. Prior teaching experience and industry exposure are preferred.

Required Skills 

 Strong expertise in:

 Data Structures & Algorithms

 Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, OOP)

 Spring Framework / Spring Boot 

 Hands-on experience solving problems on platforms like: 

 LeetCode / CodeChef (minimum Medium-level proficiency expected) 

 Deep understanding of: 

 Time & Space Complexity analysis 

 Problem-solving patterns (Sliding Window, DP, Graphs, Recursion, etc.) 

 Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging way
