Essential Educational Qualifications 

 • The minimum essential qualification is a submission of PhD thesis or PhD degree

 • The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Investigator (PI) in undertaking research work, fieldwork, literature review, tabulation, and coordination for the Centre’s events and academic activities

. • Knowledge of SRAM architecture and hardware security is desirable

 Key Responsibilities 

 • Design and simulation of secure SRAM architectures

 • Development of prototype circuits 

 • Performance, power, and security analysis 

 • Documentation and reporting of project progress

 • Assisting the Project Investigator (PI) in research-related activities.

Salary / Remuneration / Pay Scale

Rs. 58,000/- per month consolidated

The position is based at IIT Indore, located in Simrol, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
