Faculty positions require 8+ years of experience with an MBA or Ph.D. from reputed institutions. Preference is given to academicians with prior corporate experience. Research Guide & Faculty positions require a Ph.D. with 15 years of teaching experience and 3+ years post-Ph.D. experience, with publications indexed in Scopus/ABDC. Manager Placements require 8+ years of experience in business development or HR recruitment. Hostel Warden requires 8+ years of experience handling a hostel in a higher education institute.
