• Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential: M.Sc in Physics / Applied Physics / Material Science / Optoelectronics (or) M.Tech in Solid State Technology / Materials Science / Optoelectronics.

Preferable: GATE / UGC / DAE / CSIR / NBHM qualified candidates (or) M.Tech in Solid State Technology / Materials Science / Optoelectronics.

Additional Qualification: Experience in thin films deposition and analyses of the structural, compositional, and morphological properties of thin films.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

Stipend: ₹37,000 + 30% HRA (Note: 30% HRA will be paid if no accommodation is provided by the Institute)

 6. The selection process consists of written test followed by Interview. The topic for written test along with syllabus will be shared later.
