Project Titled
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
For Junior Research Fellow positions, B.Tech./B.E./Master’s degree in the relevant branch of Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Optoelectronics/ Microwave engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent, preferably with a GATE score. Post two years’ experience, the (selected) candidate(s) will be eligible for SRF position. .
For the Senior Research Fellow position, Ph.D. and/or Master’s degree in the relevant branch of Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Optoelectronics/ Microwave engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent, preferably with a GATE score.
Age limit: As per DST/Institute norms. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India norms.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
As Per Norms: Junior Research Fellow – ₹37,000 p.m. + 20% HRA; Senior Research Fellow – ₹42,000 p.m. + 20% HRA.
