🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
1) Candidate must be GATE/UGC-NET qualified. 2) Candidates must have M.Tech/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or M.Sc in Physical/Chemical/Material Science
Desirable Qualification • Expertise in semiconductor device physics, and nanomaterials, particularly graphene and other two-dimensional (2D) materials. • Good communication skills, both in scientific writing as well as presentation.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Rs. 37,000/- per month for two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month for third year.
