🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

For School and Pre-University Colleges: A Master’s Degree (MA/MSc/M.Com) with first class and a Bachelor of Education with first class from a recognized university.

For Professional Colleges: A Master’s Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Ayurveda, or Law with first class, along with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in School/PU-College/Professional college administration is required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling academic coordination, staff management, and student services. Familiarity with respective regulatory bodies, university, and state government rules is essential. Sound knowledge of administration, education policies, and regulations, along with proficiency in computer applications and school management systems, is required.
