  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project title

Enabling Fast Charging in Lithium-Ion Cells: Insights into Electrolyte Formulation and Interphase Chemistry

Qualification & Experience / Requirement

 Minimum academic eligibility: Aggregate 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL candidates; minimum 55% marks or CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale for SC/ST/PwD candidates, as applicable.

  B.E. / B.Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering / Materials Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Production Engineering / Mechanical Engineering and other relevant fields. 

  M.E. / M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and related specialisations. 

  M.Sc. in Chemistry or Physics. 

  GATE/NET qualification is not mandatory.

Salary / Remuneration / Pay Scale

37,000/- pm for first 2 years and 42,000/- pm for third year.

HRA as per institute rules
