Qualifications and Tenure
Regular faculty member from any Department/School/Center of IIEST, Shibpur
Good research record with proven recognition
Proven success in securing competitive research funding is desirable
Ability to spend reasonable time at the Centre for its activities and simultaneously
discharge responsibilities at the parent department.
The tenure will be initially for 3 years with an annual appraisal
Either party (the Faculty or the Centre) may end the association with 30 days prior
written notice.
