Description

Lady Irwin College, affiliated with the University of Delhi, is seeking a Junior Research Fellow for a project titled “Development of Superior Oxide-ion Electrolytes Based on Utilization of Relaxer-type High Dielectric Materials for Intermediate Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (IT-SOFC) as Automotive Auxiliary Power Units and Distributed Power Plants.” This project is sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation under the Advanced Research Grant, Government of India. The selected candidate will engage in both experimental and computational work, focusing on material synthesis and characterization, and will contribute to drafting reports, manuscripts, and patents.

Position

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Eligibility

Candidates must possess an MTech. or M.Sc. degree in Physics, Engineering Physics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Metallurgical Science from a recognized university with a First-Class degree. Additionally, candidates should have qualified CSIR-NET or GATE. Reservations for SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities (PwD/PH) candidates will be provided as per Government of India norms.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  •  As per DST-ANRF Norms (ANRF/OM/N-01/2024) Candidates Selected through NET/GATE Score:
  • 37000+ 30% HRA (1st and 2nd Year) 
  • 42000+ 30% HRA (3rd Year, upon successful assessment)
  • Candidates without NET/GATE Score:
  • 30000+30% HRA (1st and 2nd Year) 
  • 33000+30% HRA (3rd Year, upon successful assessment)
