🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
● Master’s degree in Social Work, Urban Policy and Governance, Disaster Management, Public Health, Environmental Studies, Geography, or a related discipline.
● Desirable Skills and Experience in community-based risk assessment, disaster risk reduction, or participatory planning.
● Familiarity with climate change adaptation, environmental health and public health linkages.
● Prior experience in qualitative research, data collection, and analysis
● Strong coordination and interpersonal skills for engaging with local institutions and communities.
● Knowledge of GIS and remote sensing
Essential Qualifications for Community Facilitators:
The candidate must have a Graduate qualification in social work (B.A. in Social Work/MSW) from Central/Deemed/State-Recognised University. Prior experience of building relationships and working with any community as required by the project’s goals is must.
Expertise over: English, Hindi, Marat
