🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.
The ideal candidate should possess a B Tech Degree from a reputed institute or an MBA with a technical background. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in incubation, startup/MSME, or the entrepreneurial ecosystem is required. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Technology & Business solutions, along with excellent communication & presentation skills, is essential.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The consolidated remuneration will be in the scale between Rs. 3.60 Lacs to Rs. 5.40 Lacs (all- inclusive).
💺 JOB LOCATION
The position is based in Agra, with travel required between Gorakhpur, Agra, and Noida.

⚫ Initial appointment will be for 1 year on contract renewable further subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and need of the IIML-EIC.
⚫ The compensation will be decided out depending on qualification, experience, last drawn salary and relevant factors.
