- Duration of the appointment: The appointment will be purely contractual with the consolidated payment for March 2027 initially and can be extended up to the project duration.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
For the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position, candidates must have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or any equivalent discipline. For the Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position, a post-graduation degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Urban Conservation, or an equivalent degree with at least two years of research or teaching experience is required.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
For JRF: ₹37,000 per month (fixed) for UG degree holders and ₹37,000 + HRA for PG degree holders. For SRF: ₹42,000 + HRA per month.
