🎯 Project Details

  •  Project Title -“Automated Identification of Marine Species with Artificial Neural Networks to Enhance the Exploration and Sustainable Utilization of Deep-sea Marine Fishes” 
  •  Funded by – MOES
  • Nature and duration of the post -Purely on contract basis for a period of one year from the date of joining or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier 

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential qualifications include a Graduate degree in Marine Science, Zoology, Mariculture, Fisheries Science, or Marine Biology with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Desirable experience includes hands-on working experience in marine fish collection and identification, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

The selected candidate will receive consolidated emoluments of Rs. 30,000/- per month as per revised ICAR guidelines.

💺 JOB LOCATION

The primary place of work is ICAR-CMFRI, Kochi, but candidates may be posted anywhere in relation to work requirements.
