🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential qualifications: Research-Associate
1) The candidate must possess a Ph.D. in management preferably in HRM/OB/psychology with a minimum 2 years of research experience
2) An excellent academic record with post-graduation from a reputed Institute/University in regular mode with minimum 60% marks.
Essential qualifications: Research-Assistant
1) An excellent academic record with post-graduation from a reputed Institute/University in regular mode with minimum 60% marks. Post-graduation domain should be HRM/OB/Psychology or related subjects.
Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to applicants who have:
1) Research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC/ABS-listed journal, reflecting the ability to conduct independent research.
2) Expertise in quantitative methods with proficiency in SPSS and SmartPLS, and qualitative research methodologies. Knowledge of software such as NVivo and other data-analysis software will be an added advantage.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Emoluments: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from
Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 65,000/-, depending on qualification and expertise, plus HRA as per norms.
