Description

The Department of Electronics Engineering at SVNIT, Surat, is conducting a walk-in interview for the recruitment of Teaching Assistants. This role is designed for individuals with a strong academic background in Electronics Engineering, offering them a platform to engage in teaching and research activities within the department. The position is strictly on an ad-hoc basis, lasting for 11 months, providing a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic academic environment.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a first-class degree or an equivalent CGPA (minimum 6.5 on a scale of 10) in both MTech/M.E. and B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics Engineering. A good academic record is essential. Additionally, candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant branch will be preferred and are eligible for higher remuneration.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 45,000/- for candidates with MTech/M.E.
  • Rs. 60,000/- for candidates with a Ph.D.

Interested candidates must send a soft copy of their complete application in a single PDF to office@eced.svnit.ac.in by 21st June 2026, 5:00 PM. On the day of the interview, candidates should bring the filled application form, original documents, and one set of self-attested copies of degree certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, and testimonials. Registration and document verification will occur from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on 30th June 2026 at the Department of Electronics Engineering.

Important Date

The deadline for application submission is 21st June 2026, 5:00 PM. The walk-in interview is scheduled for 30th June 2026.
