- Title: Bayesian Learning Augmented Design of Reliable In-Memory Computing Using Unreliable Ferroelectric FETs for Edge Applications.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Candidates with an M.Tech. / M.E. in VLSI/microelectronics/semiconductor Devices/AI-ML, or related disciplines with experience in semiconductor devices and AI-ML tools. Or M.Sc. with valid GATE/NET qualification Or GATE-qualified candidates with a B.Tech. / B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related disciplines. Knowledge of AI-ML/Python/EDA tools is preferable

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Fellowship will be INR 37,000/- p.m., for the first two years and INR 42,000/- p.m., for the third year. The fellowship is available for a maximum period of 3 years / until the end of the project. Candidates are allowed to pursue a PhD as per the institute norms. The performance of the candidate will be assessed on a regular basis.
