📹 EVENT DESCRIPTION

Faculty Development Program aims at improving the faculty’s perception of values and education, increasing motivation, and enthusiasm for transforming and disseminating knowledge of English Literature. It is a comprehensive development program and an imperative for every institute. The study of literature is a process of constant redefinition and reformation. It functions as an equalizer between cultures, languages, worldviews and ethos. Literature in relation to environment is nowadays at the cutting edge of research in academia. Exploration of literature Eco-critically has therefore been a rising trend, because scholars and critics have been concerned about the ecological balance, which is, no doubt, an essence for civilization. Thereby, the present IFDP aims to walk through the apposite issue of Climate Change and Sustainability through Literature, Society and Thought.
