The Department of Food Science and Nutrition is part of the PG Home Science division, located at Sir Vithaldas Vidyavihar, Santacruz West, Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

The expected qualifications include a PhD or Masters in Home Science with specializations in Food Science and Nutrition (FSN) or Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics (CND) or allied fields from a recognized Indian or foreign university. Candidates should be NET/SET qualified, and field experience will be an added advantage. Experience in technical teaching or research will be beneficial.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

As Per Norms

The remuneration for the contractual teaching faculty position is ₹50,000 per month, with a teaching load of a minimum of 20 hours per week.
