Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.
• Master’s in Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields
. • PhD with 6+ years of work experience in research, consulting or PhD(P) with 5+ years of work experience;
• Familiarity with startup ecosystem development will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated experience in building knowledge assests.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The consolidated remuneration will be in the scale between Rs. 09.00 Lacs to Rs. 12.00 Lacs (all-inclusive) with a break-up available with the incubator as per IIML EIC’s policy.

• The compensation will be decided depending on qualification, experience, last drawn salary, and relevant factors.
