Qualification & Experience / Requirement

Candidates must possess a PhD in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Plant Genomics, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline. Alternatively, candidates with an M.Tech degree in the aforementioned fields, along with a minimum of three years of research or teaching experience and at least one publication in a Science Citation Indexed journal, are eligible to apply.

The project requires candidates with experience in plant growth-promoting bacterial studies. The position is temporary and governed by the funding agency’s rules and the service conditions of the Office of the Dean (Research & Consultancy) at MNNIT Allahabad.

Salary / Remuneration / Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of Rs. 58,000 per month plus HRA, or as per the funding agency guidelines. Additional benefits such as accommodation, yearly leave, carryover leave, and medical benefits may be available as per the applicable rules of the project staff.
