- Title of The Project – “Development of an Integrated AI/ML and Deep Learning–Based Exploration Model for Mineral Resources Mapping”
- Principal Investigator – Prof. Partha Pratim Mandal, Department of Applied Geophysics, IIT(ISM) Dhanbad
- Tenure of Project -The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, which is sanctioned for a period of 2 years or the end of the project, whichever is earlier.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential qualifications include a degree in Applied Geophysics, Geology, or Geoinformatics from a reputed institute with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates with experience in mineral and hydrological resource modelling, geophysical data interpretation, GIS, and AI/ML applications in geoscience will be given preference.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The fellowship is Rs. 61,000/- plus HRA for the first year. Depending upon performance, it may increase to Rs. 67,000/- plus HRA for the second year.
