🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: The candidate should have a Masters/M. Phil degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 60% marks.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION: Excellent communication skills, multi-linguistic abilities, administrative experience in establishing and managing counseling services, and experience in counseling students aged 18-30 years as well as adults above 30 years. Experience in counseling substance abuse cases and students of highly competitive residential institutes is preferred.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Consolidated Remuneration: ₹40,000/- per month for up to 3 years of relevant experience; ₹50,000/- per month for more than 3 years of relevant experience.
